Our Factory
Yueyang Hedai Industrial Manufacturing Co. LTD supply various types of nonwoven fabric used as the filter media in the field of air and liquid filtration. The main application includes personal care respirators, home care air cleaner, heavy duty vacuum cleaner and automobile cabin air filter products. We owns serials of static electret charging technology, including customized formula with electret master batch, patented high voltage charging equipment with special designed charging panel. The filter cloth has high filtration efficiency with lower penetration pressure and can keep stable electrostatic feature for longer time.
We are specialized in melt-blown technology and have more than 15 years of experience in melt-blown nonwovens production. We supply our customer high performance of melt-blown non-woven fabric for various respirator standards, including Medical Application (BFE99, PFE99), N series (N95, N99, N100) and FFP series (FFP1, FFP2, FFP3), with different base weight, filtration efficiency, air resistance and dust capacity to meet your specific requirements.
