Iginition system and sensor:
◇The generator uses ALTRONIC (ECU) and equipped the high voltage circuit to realize the high energy and best ignition of gas generator. The minimal speed of ignition is 100RMP and the maximal speed of ignition is 4000RMP, the ignition angle range from 5 to 35.
◇The core of ECU actually is computer chip, which has tre-buttons signal input ( rotated speed, load and temperature). According to the signal, the computer will act the right judge to do the positive cylinder, right time ignition and speed limited protection.
◇Check every circuit to see connecting joint whether is liable or damaged, high voltage winding whether damaged or leaking electricity.
◇Check the ignition of spank whether nomal, if not, please change it immediately, check the battery voltage not lower than 25V ( Because voltage too low will affect the normal running), please charge to the battery in time.
Combining adjustment of shaft sensor and trigger vane:
After installation of shaft sensor, it should adjust the location ot trigger vane. The method is to install the Cylinder one on the TDC( end point of compression) location, then justify of trigger vane small chip’s back limb front-end to the shaft sensor’s geometric center as following. Meanwhile, the depth of trigger vane’s inserting sensor is 9.5±0.2mm.
If the gas intake pipe happed back flashing, please check:
Whether ignition signal wire keep in the appointed position;
Whether the inner gear of signal generator loosed;
Whether ignition high voltage winding damage;
Whether earth connecting liable.
Problem Processing Method: Contact the manufacturer.
If the power of generator is insufficient, please check:
Whether the filter of voltage regulator valve clogged;
Whether the air filter clogged;
Whether the exhaust pipe clogged.
Pressed air:
